º» ¿¬±¸´Â ÀÏ°³ Àü¹®´ëÇÐ °£È£ÇлýÀÌ ÀÓ»ó½Ç½À¿¡¼­ °æÇèÇÏ´Â ½ºÆ®·¹½º ¿äÀΰú ½ºÆ®·¹½º Á¤µµ¸¦ ¾Ë¾Æº¸°í ºÐ¼®ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ÀÓ»ó½Ç½À±³À°¿¡ À¯¿ëÇÑ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ Á¦°øÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃµµÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â Frequency, t-test, ANOVA, pearson Correlation coefficient¸¦ »ç¿ë, ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á·ÐÀ» ¾ò¾ú´Ù.
1. °£È£ÇлýÀÌ ÀÓ»ó½Ç½À¿¡¼­ °æÇèÇÏ´Â ½ºÆ®·¹½º ¿äÀÎÀº °£È£¾÷¹«¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ ¿ëÀÎÀÌ Æò±Õ 3.38·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, ´ëÀΰü°è¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ ¿äÀÎÀÌ Æò±Õ 2.74, ȯ°æ°ú °ü·ÃµÈ ¿äÀÎÀÌ Æò±Õ 2.75¿´´Ù.(ÃÖ°í 5.00-ÃÖÀú 1.00)

This study was designed to provide useful, basic data for clinical practice of Nursing care and to mesure stressor and stress degree in clinical practice.
A questionnaire revised for this end was prepared this surveyor. The quentionnaire was distributed 400 nursing students at "A" Junior college from March 9, 1992 to May 3, 1992.
Frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation coeffecient were employed to analyze the data collected from those respondents and following results were obrained.
1. Nursing student¢¥s factor of stress in clinical practice were related to nursing affairs (Mean 3.38), people (Mean 2.74) and environment (Mean 2.75). (Max. 5. 00-Min 1. 00)
2. Stress degree in clinical practice was physical sterss (mean 1. 87) and psychological stress (2. 09). (Max 4. 00-Min 1. 00)
3. Factors influencing stressor in clinical practice were grade, an aptitute for nursing care, the most difficult ward and scale of hospital during duty.
Factors influencing stress degree in clinical practice were an aptitute for nursing care and scholarly attainment.
4. There was statistically significant correlation between stressor and stress degree in clinical practice.
